By booking, participating, or entering the premises of Axxe and Breakr, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions, including but not limited to: adherence to safety protocols, waiver of liability, and compliance with all rules and instructions provided by Axxe staff. Participation is at your own risk.
1. General:
1.1: All participants must not be under the influence of drugs or alcohol to participate at Axxe or Breakr.
1.2: Smoking, drinking alcohol, and any unsafe or violent behaviors are prohibited while at Axxe or Breakr.
1.3: All rules and instructions given by Axxe or Breakr staff or personnel must be followed at all times.
1.4: Axxe staff reserve the right to remove, by means within the law, any participant deemed to be acting unsafely at any time.
1.5: Participants must be in good health and sound mind to take part in activities at Axxe or Breakr.
1.6: The minimum age to participate in activities is 14 years old. Participants aged 14-15 must be accompanied by a participating parent or guardian at all times.
1.7: All waiver information provided must be honest and accurate.
2. Risk Warning:
2.1: While Axxe and Breakr take every precaution to ensure safety, all players participate at their own risk. Tools, equipment, and lanes may present potential hazards.
2.2: Some physical activity is required to complete the experience, including but not limited to walking, throwing, and lifting up to 10 kg.
2.3: Participants may be exposed to sound and lighting effects, including but not limited to loud bangs, flashing lights, projections, and low lighting for entertainment purposes.
2.4: Time limits apply to all activities at Axxe and Breakr, and the pressure of time may induce stress or anxiety.
3. Bookings:
3.1: Being late to a session may result in a reduced session time or cancellation without refund, at the discretion of Axxe or Breakr.
3.2: Participants may not be able to complete all activities or tasks within the allocated time limit.
3.3: Cancellations or changes to bookings must be made with sufficient notice and confirmation of availability. Bookings changed with more than 7 days' notice will not incur a fee; those changed with less than 7 days' notice will forfeit their deposit.
3.4: Groups must meet the minimum and stay within the specified player numbers for each lane. If numbers exceed this, Axxe reserves the right to adjust or cancel the booking.
4. Liability and Indemnity:
4.1: Participants indemnify and hold harmless Axxe and Breakr, their staff, and personnel from any claims, damages, or legal actions arising from their use of the facilities, including third-party claims.
4.2: Axxe and Breakr are not liable for any injury, damage, or incapacity, including death, as a result of participation in activities.
4.3: Axxe and Breakr are not responsible for any loss, damage, or theft of personal property.
4.4: Participants may be responsible for repair or replacement costs for any property damaged, stolen, or broken during their use of the facilities, as assessed by Axxe or Breakr.
5. Confidentiality:
5.1: Participants must not disclose any content related to Axxe or Breakr, including game flow, business operations, lane operation, imagery, scoring systems, props, designs, or any other intellectual property.
5.2: Participants must not disclose or replicate any intellectual property owned by Axxe or Breakr.
6. Copyright:
6.1: All imagery, settings, content, and other design elements remain the property of Axxe and Breakr.
7. Video Surveillance and Photography:
7.1: For the safety of staff and customers, Axxe and Breakr premises are monitored by CCTV systems that record video footage to local storage.
7.2: In addition to local storage, these CCTV recordings can be viewed remotely by authorized personnel for security purposes only.
7.3: These recordings are used solely for safety purposes and will not be shared or published without explicit written consent, except in cases of legal or regulatory requirements.
7.4: Recordings may be kept for up to one year.
7.5: In the event of damage or injury, CCTV recordings may be used as evidence.
7.5: Team or group photos taken by Axxe or Breakr may be displayed on our Facebook page, website, or used for promotional purposes.
8. Gift Vouchers:
8.1: Purchased gift vouchers are valid for 3 years from the date of purchase.
8.2: All vouchers are non-refundable.
8.3: If the full value of a voucher is not used in a single transaction, the remaining balance will remain valid for future purchases and can be tracked via our system.
8.4: Gift vouchers are transferable and may be given to friends or family.
8.5: Axxe and Breakr are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged vouchers, which will not be replaced.
8.6: Vouchers cannot be resold.
9. Prizes, Promotions, and Discounts:
9.1: Axxe and Breakr reserve the right to accept or deny any prizes, promotion codes, or discounts at any time, for any reason.
9.2: Promotions are subject to change or cancellation at any time and may apply for limited periods.
9.3: Discounts and promotions may not be used in conjunction with other offers unless otherwise stated.
9.4: Axxe and Breakr reserve the right to modify or terminate any promotions or discounts without prior notice.
9.5: Some promotions may not be transferable or valid with gift vouchers or other offers, as specified in individual promotion terms.
10: Communication
10.1: All customers will receive a thank you email after participating in activities at Axxe or Breakr, regardless of their preference for marketing communications.
10.2: Customers may opt-in or opt-out of receiving marketing materials. However, operational emails such as booking confirmations, updates related to their participation, and thank you emails are mandatory and will be sent as part of their experience.
10.3: Axxe and Breakr will not share customers' personal information with third parties without consent, except where required by law.

1. Introduction:
1.1: These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to the Collectable Cards Promotion ("Promotion") offered by Axxe ("we", "us", or "our") and govern the participation of customers ("you") in the Promotion. By participating in the Promotion, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Promotion Mechanics:
2.1: Upon completing the waiver form at Axxe, you will receive an email containing a special collectable card.
2.2: There are 45 different collectable cards ("Cards") to collect, categorised into four rarities: Silver, Gold, Diamond, and Mythical.
2.3: Each Card rarity offers a different discount for your next visit to Axxe, Breakr or Riddle Room: Silver (10% off), Gold (25% off), Diamond (50% off), and Mythical (100% off).
3. Discount Conditions:
3.1: Discounts cannot be used for the purchase of gift vouchers.
3.2: Discounts are non-transferable and apply only to the person who participated in the activity on the day the Card was issued.
3.3: Each Card is valid for 90 days from the date of issue.
3.4: A new Card will not be generated for you while you have another valid Card.
3.5: Discounts apply only to full-priced activities and cannot be combined with any other offers or discounts (Cannot be used for Monday Madness or Mate/Date Night).
3.6: Discounts are limited to one per person per activity. The discount applies to the individual ticket, not the whole session. But each person could use their own unique collectable card code.
3.7: Discounts must be claimed at the time of booking or purchase and cannot be applied retroactively. If a discount is not used at the time of transaction, it cannot be redeemed for a cash refund or any form of reimbursement on a past purchase.
4. Additional Terms:
4.1: Axxe reserves the right to refuse the discount, cancel the Promotion, or make changes to the Promotion as deemed necessary without prior notice.
4.2: The discount may be used at Axxe, Breakr or Riddle Room.
5. Additional Considerations:
5.1: Participants must meet any specified eligibility criteria, such as age restrictions, to participate in the Promotion.
5.2: To claim discounts, participants must present the email with the collectable card at the time of booking or purchase.
5.3: Axxe is not responsible for lost or stolen collectable cards.
5.4: Participant data collected during the Promotion will be used exclusively for the purpose of the Promotion and not shared with third parties without consent.
5.5: Any disputes related to the Promotion will be resolved with the aim of achieving customer satisfaction, within the bounds of these Terms and Conditions.
