Your experience kicks off with a personalised axe-throwing tutorial and safety briefing from our welcoming and skilled coaches. Even if you're a beginner, we've got you covered. After mastering the basics, let the games begin!
You'll be assigned matches to compete against other players in your lane. Each player gets 3-4 games depending on your selected package. Let the excitement build as the scores roll in!
And for the grand finale? The two highest-scoring warriors of the day will go head-to-head in a high-stakes duel for the esteemed title of Axxe Champion. It's the kind of story that'll make you a legend around the office water cooler!
Our sessions are designed to fit groups of all sizes. Whether you're a cozy team of 6 or a huge group of 72, we've got you covered. Session lengths vary from 1.5 to 2.5 hours, but rest assured, everyone gets their fair share of axe-throwing action!

2. What Are the Food and Beverage Options?
We offer a range of snacks and soft drinks to keep your team energized! If you're looking for something more hearty, feel free to arrange your own catering. Our venue has ample space to accommodate your culinary needs.
3. Can We Bring Alcohol?
As much as we'd love to offer a full festive experience, we're not currently a licensed venue (we're working on it). This means no alcohol is permitted on site. But hey, who needs booze when you've got axes? Start off your event at Axxe and for those looking to continue the festivities, Capital Brewery is conveniently located just up the road. A perfect one-two punch for an unforgettable corporate event!
4. Is Axe Throwing Suitable For All Skill Levels?
Absolutely! Our coaches are well-equipped to guide novices and experts alike. A corporate event at Axxe isn't just fun; it’s a skill-building session that everyone can partake in and enjoy.
5. What If We’re Running Late?
We strive to provide an exceptional experience for all our guests. If you're running late, we'll do our best to maximize your axe-throwing time within our tight schedule. However, please note that we may have to reduce your throwing time to accommodate subsequent bookings. Timeliness ensures everyone gets the most out of their Axxe adventure!
6. Booking and Payment Policies?
Booking couldn't be easier! A $110 deposit, per lane, locks in your private lane, with the balance due on the day of your event. Keep in mind that we do have minimum player requirements. Need more than two lanes? No problem! Simply contact us, pay the deposit invoice we'll send your way, and we'll take care of all the details, sending you a confirmation email to seal the deal.
7. Not Sure About Final Player Numbers?
We get it—organizing an event can feel like herding cats. That's why you'll only be charged for the players who actually participate, as long as you meet the minimum requirement of 6 players per lane. Life is full of surprises, and we aim to be as flexible as possible to accommodate them.
8. What’s the Dress Code?
Closed shoes are a must for all participants. Beyond that, comfort is king—so gear up for an adventurous time! Just ensure you're dressed in attire that allows for full range of motion, especially reaching overhead, to make the most of your axe-throwing experience.
9. Spectators and Age Restrictions?
We allow limited spectators and have age restrictions in place. It’s a 14+ venue, making it perfect for various corporate teams and departments.
10. Last-Minute Bookings and Walk-Ins?
Due to our business model, we require at least a 24-hour notice for bookings. Last-minute? Try messaging us on Facebook; we'll do our best to accommodate you.
11. Can I Bring My Own Axe?
For safety and consistency, we provide all throwing tools. So leave your personal axes at home and come enjoy our top-of-the-line equipment!
12. Can I Hang Around After My Session?
We love capturing the moment as much as you do! After your session, there's time for a quick group photo and to wrap things up. However, please be mindful that we run on a tight schedule to ensure all our guests can enjoy their axe-throwing experience, so our staff will gently guide you towards the exit to make room for the next adventure.
13. What Are the Parking Options?
We offer free on-site parking, though spaces are limited, so carpooling is definitely recommended. Additionally, there's plenty of free street parking available, though the availability might vary based on your session time. We kindly ask that you be considerate of our neighbors when parking.
