FAQs

Voucher Questions

Do you sell gift vouchers?

Absolutely! Our gift vouchers start from $20 and can be redeemed across the Playhem family, including Axxe, Breakr, Riddle Room and Splash Lab.

They're valid for 3 years and delivered instantly by email, with the option to personalise your voucher using our online designer.

Older vouchers may have different redemption conditions.

What if my voucher is worth more than my booking?
No problem! Our vouchers hold a dollar value rather than being tied to a specific experience. Any unused balance stays on your voucher for another booking, provided it hasn't expired.

Can I use my gift voucher at any Playhem venue?

Our newer gift vouchers can be used at all four Playhem venues: Axxe, Breakr, Riddle Room and Splash Lab.

Vouchers purchased before 20 October 2026 are valid at Axxe and Breakr only.

Not sure which voucher you have? Get in touch with your voucher details and we'll happily check for you.

Can I get a physical hard copy gift voucher?

Absolutely! You can purchase your voucher online and arrange to collect a printed version from Axxe in Fyshwick.

You can also purchase a voucher in person, but we're open by appointment only, so please get in touch beforehand to arrange a suitable time.

What do I receive when I buy a gift voucher?

Once you've purchased your gift voucher, we'll email you a link to our voucher designer. Choose from a range of designs, add the recipient's name and a personal message, and make the gift your own.

Once you're happy with it, you can download your personalised voucher as an image or PDF, print it or email it to the lucky recipient.
