Booking Terms & Conditions

By booking, taking part in or entering Axxe and Breakr, you agree to these terms, including following all safety rules and staff instructions and signing our waiver. Taking part is at your own risk.

1. General

  • Participants must not be under the influence of drugs or alcohol. Anyone who is will not be allowed to take part, and no refund will be given.
  • Smoking, drinking alcohol, and unsafe or violent behaviour are not allowed on the premises.
  • Follow all rules and instructions given by Axxe staff. Staff may remove anyone acting unsafely.
  • Participants must be in good health and of sound mind.
  • Axe throwing is for ages 11+. Participants under 18 must be accompanied by a participating parent or guardian at all times. Breakr smash rooms are for ages 14+.
  • Closed-toe shoes are required for all participants.
  • Information provided on the waiver must be true and correct.

2. Risk warning

  • All participants take part at their own risk.
  • Activities involve walking, throwing and lifting (up to 10kg).
  • The venue includes loud bangs, flashing lights, projections and low lighting.
  • Time limits on activities may cause some people stress.

3. Bookings, payments & changes

  • Bookings are essential and must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
  • Standard bookings require a deposit of $110 per lane, paid online. Large-group packages require a deposit of $100 per lane. The balance is paid on the day.
  • EFTPOS cards without a chip are not accepted.
  • Arriving late may shorten your session, or it may be cancelled without a refund.
  • Changes made with more than 7 days' notice are free, subject to availability. Changes with less than 7 days' notice forfeit the deposit.
  • We do not offer refunds.
  • Groups must stay within the minimum and maximum numbers for their lane or package.
  • A cleaning fee of $10 per lane applies to bookings that bring in catering.

4. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Axxe (ANGRYLOBSTER PTY LTD) is not liable for any injury, loss or damage arising from participation, except where caused by our negligence. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.

5. Photos & CCTV

CCTV operates on the premises and footage may be kept for up to one year. Group photos taken during sessions may be shared on our website and social media. Let staff know if you would prefer not to be photographed.

6. Gift vouchers

  • Vouchers are valid for 3 years from purchase and can be used at Axxe, Breakr, Riddle Room and Splash Lab. Vouchers purchased before 20 October 2026 can be used at Axxe and Breakr only.
  • Vouchers hold a dollar value. Any unused balance stays on the voucher until it expires.
  • Vouchers are non-refundable, transferable, cannot be resold, and cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.

7. Promotions & discounts

Deals and promotions cannot be combined unless stated, apply only at the times listed, and may change or end at any time.
